A quick cake that I made for my niece. I know the icing doesn't look perfect but I iced this in literally just 5 minutes because my niece wanted to eat it already. The icing is buttercream and the cake is red velvet & vanilla-cinnamon with chocolate ganache & strawberry cream filling. Hello kitty & roses are made out of fondant. Also I know the roses don't look that great, it's because I'm still learning..

I barely started and still learning. I mostly cook and just got interested in making professional cakes. I can bake but I'm learning how to make my cakes look nicer.
