Catfish head is chocolate and the body of the fish is red velvet. I also put in fish guts made of green pudding with black tapioca pearls. The tail, fins and knife are gum paste. And the board is covered in fondant and then hand painted to look like wood. Made April 2012
2 Tier Cake, chocolate and vanilla, with Oreo balls as boulders, candy rocks, Oreo dirt, and animal cracker sand. Everything is edible but the trucks on this cake.

Created with 8 layers of chocolate cake and both the head and feet are made of rice crisp. The apple, kale, grapes and strawberries are real fruit. However the pineapple and tomatoes on top are cake or fondant. Made Sept 2011
My first fondant and my first tiered cake. Mixed three tier with chocolate and vanilla with MMF and baby feet.
I created this cake for my son's 4th birthday. Using multiple layers I created a city sky line out of candy bars and used fondant for the street, crushed animal cookies for the sand and blue gel for the ocean. This is the cake that started it all for me and I have been creating ever since. Made August 2011
