A fathersday rack of ribs cake for my husband. It's chocolate cake covered in mmf and then brushed with colored piping gel. Fries are pound cake that were cut and toasted. I loved making this but next time I will make the ribs not so thick and not so rounded.

I had sort of a last minute request for a small wedding cake. I saw this design on Pinterest but with a tiger lily on it and thought it would also be perfect for a stargazer. It was my first time trying to do a realistic flower. Spring was what the bride was looking for. Tfl!
