Tangled tower cake made in chocolate cake and dulce de leche filling, covered with ganache, and decorated with a mix of MMF and modeling chocolate. The board and the tower were airbrushed after applying fondant texture.
Carved Kylo Ren mask cake. Cake is vanilla pound cake filled with strawberries and coated in white chocolate ganache. I then formed the mask features with MMF and airbrushed it for a shiny black finish. Added the silver portions of the mask and painted them to look metallic. Cake board was also airbrushed beforehand.
