Peacock Wedding Cake With Chocolate Buttercream
A 14", 10", 6" tiered cake. The peacock was hand molded from rolled fondant. The tail feathers were created by rolling a 1" x 14" green log with 1/2" thick layers of teal, green and blue fondant blankets. The finished log was sliced diagonally into 1/4" pieces. Each piece was flatten by hand and set aside in a covered container until ready to place on the cake.
