Winnie The Pooh
This was one of those cakes where the design changes mid-stream! I ended up with a thin tear on the side of the cake, and did not have enough fondant to recover the cake with, so the pond ended up becoming a waterfall!! One of those little flaws that no one would know about until you told them :)

Cozy Cone 1St Birthday
This is a rendition of the Cozy cone motel from the movie cars. I carved round cake into the cone and iced with buttercream rolled smooth and airbrushed. All the accents are gumpaste and piped buttercream. This was my first carved cake and although I see all the flaws, everyone loved it and it was a big hit!

Gone Fishing
This was a cake done for a coworkers retirement. I pulled inspiration from this board and wish I had remembered the names so I could give my gratitude, but I apologize. It was white cake with buttercream airbrush like water. Fish was wilton fondant painted to look like a fish. Cattails were painted bamboo skewers with gumpaste tops. I used a real unused fishing lure to top it off for him.

The Island Of Adventure
This was for my nephews baby shower, thankfully! It was the neon monkey theme and my "monkeys" came out looking like not so monkeys....So I improvised and made it into an adventure island of sorts. This was one of those if it could go wrong it would go wrong cakes.... It was spice cake with cream cheese icing, airbrushed and I used crushed almonds for the "sand". The tree was dowel rod covered on gumpaste as was the tree and figures.
