My boss had his office decked out for his birthday. Everyone decided to deck his room out in Miley Cyrus pictures. Someone asked me to make a Miley Cyrus-themed cupcake, so there ya go. It's fondant and modeling chocolate with the help of edible paint. The cupcake was a Devil's Food with IMBC.
