A returning client asked me to make a princess themed birthday cake for her little girl turning 3. The birthday girl requested a "Pink" birthday cake. This cake is 10" & 6" chocolate with buttercream icing, covered with my made from scratch marshmallow fondant. Everything but the princesses are edible on this cake. The fondant flowers are my favorite!

My sister asked me to make a Spongebob cake for her sons 3rd birthday- he LOVES Spongebob! I was excited to make this cake, I've never really taken on such a meticulous task- but, it was very fun! The best part was seeing his face when he got to see the cake! I love my job. :)

My neighbor asked me to make a Minnie Mouse cake for her daughter's 3rd birthday- I LOVED making this cake, the Minnie Mouse heads were lots of fun! I hope I can make this cake again- Definitely one of my favorites!
Flag cupcake pull-a-part made for my nephews Eagle Scout court of honor. I initially made 192 white and chocolate cupcakes- we didn't end up using all of them, we wanted to have more than enough to get the full effect. I didn't realize making that many cupcakes would be so time consuming! I made 5 doubled batches of cream cheese frosting- which, if I do say so myself turned out deliciously!
