Made this for my twin sons' first birthday. It was my 1st stacked cake and only my second time working with fondant. So happy with the way it turned out! Thanks for looking! All MMF. 12" marble cake with chocolate buttecream, 9" vanilla cake with strawberry jam filling and SMBC, and 6" german chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream. The cakes were SO DELICIOUS! Used the 3D/Durable Wedding Cake recipe.
This is the first fondant and layered cake I've ever made. All MMF. Devil's food & yellow cake with buttercream filling. 2 x 9" Rounds. Happy Birthday and flowers were cut with cookie cutters. Overall I'm happy with my first try! Although the green letters need work.
