These are cupcakes I made for my niece's graduation from ZHS, whose mascot is a Leopard. Leopard Z's and orange & black daisies are a 50/50 blend of gum paste and fondant.

This was my first fondant cake. Chocolate and vanilla cake with buttercream, covered in fondant. Flames, hat, and fire hydrant are gum paste and the hose is fondant.
The green eggs and "ham" (bacon) are simply pretzel sticks with a candy melt melted on top and an M&M on top. Blue "Thing 1" hair piped in buttercream. For the Cat in the Hat hats, large marshmallows were cut in half and red buttercream was piped in between.
