Deer Cake
Deer cake for a customer's father who is an avid hunter. The cake is 100% edible. The deer are chocolate fondant with pretzel legs covered in fondant to anchor them to the cake. The trees are pretzel rods wrapped in chocolate fondant and iced with buttercream. The river is piping gel dyed blue, and sprinkles are used for the rocks.

Rubber Ducks
Rubber duck smash cake with matching cupcakes. My customer was throwing a rubber ducky themed birthday party for her one-year-old and wanted cupcakes and a smash cake to match. She wanted little toy ducks on top of the cupcakes instead of edible ones so I found those at a local store. The frosting is all buttercream and they are fancied up a bit with edible glitter. :-)

Robot Cake
Cake I made for my husbands birthday. It's a "puzzle" cake. I cut all the pieces to the size I needed them and put it together. It was fun to make, but I don't recommend using cream cheese frosting in august in a house with no a/c! lol...I had to keep putting the cake in the freezer to keep it from melting while I was working with it.
