I made this cheesecake as a tribute to the Christmas sugar cookie and auctioned it on Face book with the proceeds going to a local charity called the White Lake Giving Tree. Made from a sugar cookie dough crust with a rich vanilla cream cheese filling loaded with chunks of sugar cookie dough and decorated with frosting and festive sprinkles.
