I posted a sample on here before, but this is the finished product. They took FOREVER and definately didn't charge nearly enough - learned my lesson. Just not happy with sticker on top - wasn't big enough - but the bride was extremely happy

Saw these on here and on Martha Stewart. NFSC with fondant accents. I tried doing a sample with frosting and it looked sloppy to me so I'm going with fondant. this is my sample. Doing 40 for a shower in a clear 4x4x4 box with a personalized label on top and I def didn't charge enough - but live and learn right?? I'll post another pic when I get the boxes. Thanks to all who gave me tips from CC - TFL!!!!

Yellow cake with BC. Thank you helipops for the insiration! Client loved your idea and had to have it! All MMF accents. Except picture is a print out of the HSM sign and laminated. I'm pretty happy with it. Helipops rules!

Vanilla with BC and CT. Got the inspiration from bellsnbows. First time doing a CT and it wasn't as hard as I thought. I just need to perfect technique a bit but it was really fun to do. TFL

Buzz cake all chocolate and carved. Buzz is made from Fondant. I had fun making this cake - buzz was a favorite in our house. TFL

Thanks to Carly Torno for all her wonderful help with this cake. It was fun to make for sure. Elmo is a cookie and Dorothy is made from starbursts. Seaweed is fruit roll up (which I wouldn't use again - it melted and got soft so fell and I couldn't reattach just before it was picked up!) Rocks were mini chicklets. All in All hapapy with the turnout.....
Choc/Van cake with Choc buttercream. Glove make from Wilton pan, but I did some carving out to make it look more like a glove as well as added all the embellishments. It's all covered in Fondant. Ball is make from fondant as well. Ths was a really fun cake to make. Thanks to cakesbyallison for her inspiration.
WASC cake with BC icing. Used grass tip for grass, and graham cracker crumbs for the base line. The sides of the square cake were fondant and the ball was done in 1/2 the ball pan and covered in Fondant. It was a very last minute request for a friend.
