Autumn Roses
4 tiers of cake made with the ingredients the bride & groom have made themselves. Top layers were Mimosa using their signature Arancello accompanied by pink Moscato bubbly. Layer number 3 was made with Limoncello and the filling was limoncello mousse and fresh lemon curd. They chose an Italian cream cake for the bottom tier complete with a traditional Cannoli filling. The bride and groom chose to have a natural and rustic cake from vanilla buttercream with the sides streaked with a palette knife. The flowers were from her wedding theme and tied in beautifully for their Fall nuptials.
