Made this for a 2 year old's baptism.Cake is covered in cream painted sky blue. Decided to make the cross white with edible blue sugar pearl in the middle for it to stand out a bit, and a baby doll sleeping covered in a white blanket made out of fondant.
Made this cake for a little girls birthday. 12in round cake, marble mix cake, Bavarian filling, used cream instead of butter cream.
