I made this myself for my 60th birthday, wanted to depict events/experiences over the decades - but now shown the 'bad bits' i.e. illness, broken hearts etc. Just the good stuff! The little cruise ship on top is made from gingerbread - 'cause I'm know for making biscuits & the TV frame is biscuit - 'cause I appeared on several TV shows. Side panels show current pets, pets loved & lost, QE2 cruise I won back in 1981, and a selection of places visited around the world.
I had to draw Sherlock Holmes, magnifying glass and gun outlines onto cardboard, to make template to cut each biscuit out with, I hand cut daggers & poison bottle, others were cut with biscuit cutters.

Greek themed cake made for Easter. Inside its a baked cheesecake with ricotta cheese instead of the particular Greek cheese, and then I iced it for Greek theme. The Greek chapel is actually a fake made from plastic but iced with real icing, just for effect.

The pregnant figure was ready made. I made the stork from lots of white icing and used straws for support. 'baby' arrives in orange bag 'cause her surname is Sainsbury!

Moving mini car cake for firm of lettings agents opening new office. I bought a toy truck for 99p, broke away the top part, leaving axle and wheels, thoroughly washed that, then cut cake board to shape to put over axle. Then built up layers of cake and shaped to form the car shape. Then decorated with fondant icing. Car moves along when pushed, or could attach string to underneath at front and tow it.
Houses cake to celebrate the new premises of a branch of letting agents. Its all cake, and the balcony was made using biscuit sticks then filigree icing was added. There's a satellite dish on roof and 2 chimneys both of which contain dowels running length of cake to add support.
Gingerbread island shaped biscuit with gingerbread palm trees inserted, added blue icing around the isle and added two little boats.
Cake is 3 layer toffee cake with buttercream & fondant icing. Top section is carrot cake sofa & chair with icing, tv & pouffee made from carrot cake & melted chocolate. Fondent icing presents,bones, & fish on a line. Dogs & cat moulded from white fondant by hand, then painted on foor colourings. Tree is toffee cake topped with coloured buttercream and fondant star and baubles.
Sponge cake, iced with chocolate fencing, and hand made chocolate tree with attached fondant autumnal cloured leaves. pumpkin on side & squirrel made from little piece of cake & had fondant nut/acorn in his hand.

Grey fondant meant to be old town square, black fence is paper Halloween cupcake wrappers. Fondant flames, witch is made from marzipan, stuck between 2 ice cream cones, one like a well, the other turned into black hat. If she can turn herself into a frog she'll escape! Inside its carrot cake, but cut into it to insert orange sponge pumpkin shapes and mauve sponge bat shapes!
Birdcage Cake - inside are coloured sponge cake birds - to be a hidden surprise. Also made 2 little sponge birds with fondant icing.

Queens Jubilee mini crown cake. Has edible diamond & union jack, cake covered in red fondent, yellow fondant crown painted over with edible gold lustre & added edible coloured gems.
Queens Jubilee Cupcakes, with iced union jacks, crowns made from marzipan & fondent, London paper decorations. Inside the cakes are red/white/blue, due to a line of sliced glace cherries, and a piped line of blue coloured cake mix.
