Bride to be loved orange, yellow, and purple so I did my best to mix it all in! This was my first time making a rope border. I wish a I had a picture of the other side, I promise my flowers looked better than just that purple one! The top had "JWL"
Bright blue for the baby boy and camo for the dad. The mother to be loves lambs so we added them to the cookies as well. Dont laugh at the cookies to much! There were so many to decorate and our hands were So tired after a while!
I added orange extract to the frosting recipe and used a double chocolate recipe for the cupcakes themselves. I also used chocolate cookie icing for the numbers and sayings.
Had to blur the back ground due to people. Didn't get a better picture, sorry. Top says: Congratulations Best of Luck, 2010 and their names. It had zebra print for one girl who was going off to cosmetology school and an ekg line for the other who was going to nursing school. The golf scene is added in for one of the girls who played in school and the inside is a bright purple for the others fav. color.
This was from our fourth anniversary a while back. Two little red love birds- Our wedding colors were red, black and white. The black details are hand painted by me with food coloring and the birds were made out of fondant.
For Alex's 4th birthday we had Cat's Hat for the cake! We also had "thing one thing two" cupcakes and green eggs and *bacon treats!
We had a picnic theme with all sorts of bug visitors!

I'm by no means a professional but my niece was having her first birthday and I just had to try and make her cake for her. She is lactose intolerant so this truly was a challenge for me. The second to last picture is of two pyrex bowls that I greased and floured for the bugs body and head
