December Wedding cake
This was my very first wedding cake, not my own design. It was also my first time working with chocolate fondant, home made, which as sort of a disaster, next time I will just color the fondant brown instead of changing the ingredients, it was very hard to work with, way too gooey! The bottom tier was chocolate cake, chocolate mousse filling, with chocolate butter cream and chocolate fondant. Then the top two tiers were white chocolate cake with raspberry filling and vanilla butter cream, sooo delicious!
My husband is a HUGE fan of the University of Utah, so this was his custom birthday cake I made, go UTES!
