Frangipani Birthday Cake
Due to flooding in the area and to make sure that the Birthday girl got her cake, this cake was handed onto me by another cake decorator Desiree Trengrouse - It's All About Cakes By Desiree from Gunnedah, late Thursday afternoon, Desiree cooked the Red Velvet cakes and I decorated the cake..The cake is filled and covered in white chocolate ganache and then covered in fondant. Frangipani's are hand made from gumpaste.

Cascading Rose Birthday Cake
My mother's 80th Birthday. It is 4 tiers with 60 handmade gumpaste roses cascading down the side and sweeping to the front of the cake. Each tier is covered in ganache and then covered in fondant with royal icing piping. Ribbon, pearls and some Australian wild flower weaved though the roses Total time to make this cake from mixing the cakes to finishing was 37 hours. Bottom tier - 12in - Chocolate Mud Cake Tier 2 - 10in - Marbled Chocolate and White Chocolate Mud Cake Tier 3 - 8in - Red Velvet Cake Top Tier 4 - 6in - White Choc/Vanilla Mud Cake
