Got bored when my little one took a nap. I had some left over cake and ganache from a family get together. Thought I would throw something together.
The small cake was gluten free for the birthday girl. She was so excited to be able to eat cake for her birthday!! I don't have a "ball" pan, so I used a glass mixing bowl and an 8 inch round. I was very pleased with the results. The soccer pattern turned out to be a little harder than I anticipated, even with a template.
