Based around the Australian football (NRL) team. For a friends son... The main cake was bright yellow and blue checkerboard (4 layer) inside SOOOOOO Much food colouring ... the kids teeth were blue! Pictures on cupcakes and cake topper are just laminated prints
The topper for my sons birthday. It was supposed to be a camping sleepout- but due to rain ended up being a bowling party! The cake however was a big hit!
My first wrap cake! Was easier than I thought!
Christening cake for my little girl... Was sooooo hot... (like 40-45 deg cel...) all the choc ganache started to leak out from under the fondant!
These two cakes were iced the morning of my boys birthday party... it had been raining all week and we werent sure the party would go ahead... woke at 6am to a bright shiney day... so a-icing we go! they were ready by 9am!
Nightmare... never wanted to see lego again... My son however loved it!
Pink and white checkerboard inside
A very quick cake for a friends son... I incorperated his present
I was soooo scared doing this! Choc mud/ dark choc ganache on the bottom Banana mud/ White choc ganache on the top. Royal icing dots on the quilting. The bride finished it by topping with a topper of fresh red roses
Cupcakes made for my sons cricket teams final game... The white chocolate stumps didnt agree with the heat of an Australian summer.... I would try something different next time
Choc mud - covered in choc buttercream and fondant. Made as a surprise for a friends 35th b'day... unfortunatly no one ate it cause they all drank too much! grrrr
