This cake was for a friends bridal shower. It was chocolate cake with raspberry filling and whipped icing. Detailed with black ribbon and pink gerber daisies.
Heart shaped cakes with fondant icing. Fudge scrollwork along the sides, and fudge roses as well. I entered this cake in a small cake competition. It was my first attempt at using fondant icing. I didn't win the competition, but, there's always next year. :)
This cake was for my grandparent's 50th Wedding Anniversary. My grandmother's face was priceless when she saw the cake. She was so impressed.
