Tie Dye Zebra Cake
The rolled out fondant! I used pink, blue and white fondant, rolled into "logs" then twisted together, folded over, etc. until I liked the pattern, then rolled it out. This was the outside of the fondant, because I thought it would be cool to show that natural white spot that just happened there.

Pina Colada Cupcakes
My mom gave me the idea of trying out Pina Colada cupcakes, and here's how they turned out! A yellow cake from scratch, with bits of pineapple inside, and made with pineapple juice, coconut extract and rum extract. The buttercream is coconut flavoured, with toasted coconut on top. VERY yummy!

Batman Birthday Cake
A birthday cake I made for a friend, which was commissioned by her husband ;) It's a mint dark chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream, covered in fondant with a fondant Batman emblem on top (the bat was drawn on with an edible marker), with Batman emblem molded chocolates on the side, then trimmed and scripted with vanilla buttercream. So yummy!

My First Wedding Cake
Well, pretty much what the title says, my first wedding cake! The base is 9x13" and the round cake is 6". The cake itself is red velvet with cream cheese frosting filling, and then covered in white fondant, trimmed with red fondant, and decorated with "fire & ice" fondant roses with a few petals here and there. The cake is for my friend's mom, who's having a small wedding/reception. I'm very proud of this one :)

White Velvet Banana Cupcakes - Take 2
Here's my second take at the white velvet banana cupcakes - white velvet cake had a couple tweeks: I only used egg whites this time, and put in less sugar. The cake itself turned out just sweet-enough, and not overly-sweet like the last time, but still tastes like a sugar cookie, yum! Banana buttercream turned out nicer this time too. I also made some fondant bananas for decorations. I think these are much prettier than the first attempt.
