This is actually a small cake that I made to send back home to my MOM. I wanted to show her some of the flowers that I learned at the Wilton's classes. It had to be small so a friend could take it Internatinally without being problem.
This was really fun to make. Poisettias look better in red or white. All this i learned from a wonderful Wilton instructor.
This was my first fondant cake before taking the Wiltons Classes. After this all I want to do is cakes.
