We made this for a friends birthday, he loves all things camo or army related :-) Emily & I had a LOT of fun cutting up the little army men & making them look bloody. I would love to do this cake again but with fondant on top :-D The inside of the cake was coloured camouflage. 16-07-10

I made this for Bubbles 26th Birthday :-) Its a Red Velvet Cake (made plum pink colour to match, not red) with buttercream in between each of the 5 layers. Its covered in white chocolate ganache & it has pink fondant cherry blossoms on top. It was SUPER sweet to eat!! :-) 08-03-11
I made this cake for Makayla's 1st Birthday as she just LOVES Elmo :-) It was Chocolate Banana flavoured, covered in buttercream & fondant. I made the Elmo topper with gumpaste & used an edible pen for the details. Makayla just loved it! As soon as her dad put her near it to blow the candle out she instantly grabbed Elmo! He was there one second & then gone the next lol 05-03-11

It was covered with heaps of gold shimmer dust & the whole thing just sparkled! I'm loving my new little calyx cutter (the tiny pointy red flowers) its so tiny & cute!! 15-07-11
White Lace 21st Birthday Corset Cake. I made this for Cheyenne's 21st Birthday. Its a Rich Chocolate Mousse Cake w' HEAPS of Rich Chocolate Ganache & then Fondant on top. The roses were made out of Du-kit so that they could be kept after ^.^ 30-04-2011
