Top view of the shark cake that I made for my son's 5th birthday.
Used cake balls for the eyes and 1/2 of the sports ball pan for the head. I would suggest using marshmallows for the eyes, because the cake balls were hard to get perfectly round and identical in size.
Alien cake for my son's 4th birthday. I used a cake ball on top of 1/2 of the sports ball pan, but I would suggest using a large marshmallow or something else instead. I had a hard time getting the eye to look round.
This was my first attempt at cake decorating for my little boy's first birthday party. It is made using the Animal Crackers Pan.
I made this cake by using the mini stand-up bear pan, then cutting off the bear's ears. The wings were butterfly wings that I purchased at Hobby Lobby, then modified. I made the antenna from scrapbooking wire that I had on hand.
