My second fondant cake and first time making a gumpaste figure. Covered the cake in fondant, and everything else is fondant except the elephant. The cakeboard is kind of ghetto because I tried making one myself with three pieces of flimsy cardboard cut down with a pair of dull scissors, taped together and wrapped in some "fancy" wrapping paper. Oh well. Thanks for looking!
This is my first attempt at a gumpaste figure. Inspired by a few figures I saw on here and elsewhere online, I came up with this little guy. Not perfect, but I was very happy with how he turned out.
This is my first fondant cake that I made. I did a practice run to cover and try a bow, but didn't really put any work into it. The bow is made of a fondant/gumpaste mix and so are the twirly ribbons.
