My son loves the show River Monsters and requested a catfish cake. I carved the fish out of a cake made in a football pan. Covered in green/brown MMF. I painted dots on the headwith brown food coloring, and used fruit roll ups for weeds, chocolate rocks, and vanilla wafer sand.
