My attempt at replicating a wedding cake for a surprise 50th anniversary party...had to scale down the bottom tier to meet serving requirements. Found vintage Wilton pillars and topper on eBay!
Served 50- lightly carved from one 6", 2 8" and one 9". Bust is RKT covered in fondant, secured on center dowel that goes through to bottom board.

I cheated and used a styrofoam mannequin head. The rest is carved cake, and I used an extruder and fondant to make the lines.

Gumpaste tiara, RKT covered in fondant for microphone, started with pink fondant and airbrushed lavendar along base then airbrushed a little super pearl in vodka over top.
Turrets are styrofoam, water is piping gel tinted blue.
