This is my first attempt in making mini cakes. I need lots more practice!
Cake was inspired by the mosaic flag of Brazil by Jorge Selar?n on the St Teresa staircase in the Lapa neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It is a chocolate mudcake with Swiss meringue buttercream frosting. The colored pieces are on top of a layer of white fondant.
