For the county fair which is in September. My cake theme is for the fall season.
My first Wedding cake. I was really nervous. The Bride and Groom loved it and so did I.
Chocolate cake with butter cream frosting. Made the roses out of fondant.

Made these for a church garden party. The colors they wanted was brown, lime green, and blue. Everyone loved them and said that the taste was wonderful.
Was board from my husband watching football. So I just go up, and made some cookies. I have never made a sugar cookie from scratch. Always just bought a roll of cookies and made them.Made these for my granddaughter's class. Her class asked me to make them come more. Made this pancake cake for the fair. The judges did not think it was a cake, so they cut it. The category in the fair was for decorated cake only. They were surprised!!! This was my second pancake that I have made. Had fun fooling the judges!!!!!!

Made this cake for my nieces birthday. Haven't made a buttercream in a long time. My roses need a little work.
Top tier is lemon, middle layer is chocolate, bottom lay is almond. Bride's wedding colors are brown, ivory and red. Didn't think those colors would go together but the cake to me looks pretty good. The brown fondant is the chocolate royal marshmallows. Really enjoyed making this cake.

Was teaching myself how to make cakes and kept taking them to work to have my co-workers try them out for me. My husband kept asking me to make his co-worker's a cake. Finally said yes and this is what I put on his cake. My husband's co-worker's told him to tell me that it sure was a damn good cake.
