A "cinderella's Wedding" Birthday Cake
This seven layer 4 tier cake was quadruple chocolate fudge cake and Vanilla cake swirl. Homemade buttercream dyed blue with white highlights I attempted to bring in Cinderella in her blue gown as well as with her wedding dress. Then both Her and the prince. The rocks are also edible. This cake was made for a three year old and had to serve 125 or so.

Video Game Badge Cake
I am a 14 year old student with a passion for baking. My step sister ordered this cake with explicit details. Top had to be recessed with the correct number of tiles around it. Also this vanilla cake had to be filled with chcocolate cream. The scales of justice was the last item added to the icing.

Kitty Cookie Cake
For my friends birthday, she wanted a hello kitty cake but wanted it different than normal. A single recipe of chocolate chip cookie mix made the 14 inch cookie for the base. Cereal treats were molded into shape and the the kitty was frosted and the cookie was piped upon. Took her 3 days to eat the cake.

What A Fruit!
Peaches, pineapples, Grapes, Strawberries and chopped pecans top this French vanilla cake. Fresh fruit is used whenever possible and the frosting is home made buttercream. Then to pull the colors of the fruit onto the icing, multi-colored buttercream icing dots flow around the edge of the cake..

Monster Truck Show
18x24 inch cake showing one of the most popular monster trucks. Alot of piping and fondant work along with spinkle stands and graham cracker dirt for the cake. One thing I found out is there are ALOT of versions of that named truck. The -dirt- placement was very tedious but it is one of my favorites.

Zombie Cakes Are In!
For this cake I was asked to combine a female zombie with a kind of ed hardy design with peace signs. My sister did the zombie-she is AWESOME! Add a Tree Monster and some cool decorations and wah-lah! The cake came together and was almost a 3-D effect as tree branches jutted out from the cake. This one was made with a badly sprained wrist!

Fantasmagorical Ariel Cake
A giant Ariel cake. 12x18 bottom sea floor cake with sealife second tier. That is topped with castle with brick imprints and sugar cones frosted with buttercream and rolled in nerd candy. Very heavy. Wanted to make it colorful and for it was for a friends daughter. All my cakes and treats are baked from scratch, I do not use vanilla extract-I use vanilla bean paste which adds a very distinct vanilla flavor.
