Mickey clubhouse cake with Mickey and Pluto. This was made for the cutest little boy who loves Mickey and Pluto, and the mom asked to make sure to include Pluto somwhere. Cake is Vanilla bean filled with dulce de leche caramel and covered in fondant. All decorations are handmade using fondant. I have to say special thanks to Kidacity and Torte in Pasta di Zucchero Sugar Factory for their wonderful Mickey tutorials, and to Le torte di Ale e Vale for a great tutorial on pluto via youtube. I was very pleased with how these turned out being my first time making a 3D Mickey and Pluto. Thanks for looking :)
I made this nutcracker ballet topper to go on a Christmas cake. This was inspired by the nutcracker ballet. The nutcracker and Clara are made from fondant with tylose added. The christmas tree is rkt covered in fondant. The board is covered with fondant and hand painted to look like wood.

Dominoes are two sheet cakes measuring 7.5in x 12.5in each. The espresso coffee cup and saucer is made out of fondant and gumpaste, and the cigars and cigar cutter are made out of fondant. Everything is edible, except for cigar wrappers. Cakes are vanilla-rum, fillings are strawberry preserves and caramel SMBC. Covered in fondant.

Cake is coconut filled with coconut cream SMBC and blueberry preserves. Covered in fondant with all fondant decorations.

I made this cake and cupcakes for my daughter's 19th birthday. She showed me the cake that she wanted and I found the original was from Leslea Matsis Cakes, so Thanks to Leslea for her inspiration, her work is beautiful! The cake is strawberry with strawberry buttercream filling, and inside is 3 layers with the ombre effect. The cupcakes are also strawberry. All fondant decorations with gumpaste roses and hydrangeas.

I made these cookies for my nephews first Communion this weekend. These are sugar cookies (NFSC recipe) hand piped with RI. I didn't want to do white on white, and went for pale blue decorations and some gold accents to match the party favors. TFL :)
