Wedding cake; bride sent me a photo of Luisa Galuppo's pink ruffle rose display cake and asked me to make something similar to that, using light pink, ivory, and light grey. My ruffles came out a bit more frilly but I loved the end result and I think the bride did too.

My favorite cake to date because its a representation of my all time favorite 1971 classic movie Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. The top tier represents Mr. Wonka’s outfit: purple velvet jacket, pink floral shirt, green ascot, and rusty orange hat. All other elements are drawn from scenes and items found throughout the movie: the edible teacup, marshmallow mushrooms, and the large gummy bears from the candy land scene and the golden certificate and wonka bars too. I had to edit my design because the cake was too small to fit all the other items I created like a giant Violet blueberry and Veruca falling into the Egg shoot. Lots of fun to make and hope you like it.

Ruffle Rose And Pompom Wedding Cake
This is a small wedding cake. I used Sharon Wee's tutorial to make the ruffle roses on the bottom tier. The top is made up of scrunched up little fondant circles. This is one of the prettiest cakes I've ever made. I wish I had more opportunities to do these. Enjoy!

Frankie Stein Monster's High Doll Cake
This is a Frankie stein doll insterted into a 6 layer 6" round cake (with a 7" bottom two layers) and carved into a dress shape. Its covered in white Bakels (the best) fondant and covered in black fondant diamonds, black fondant draping pleats, and the rest is all edible images patched together and "stitched" with black piping gel. I love how it turned out and the client and her mom were absolutely thrilled!

Cat In The Hat & Friends
All decorations are hand made out of gumpaste and fondant. The Cat is over 10" tall!!! The hat cake is a 6" double barrel with a 7" layer on top and slightly sculpted to match the shape of the hat. I just adore this cake and hope you like it as well. My favorite thing is to sculpt - it is a hidden talent I recently discovered.

This Is A 10 Round Cake In Baby Blue Satin Ice Fondant Clouds Were Created With The Help Of Sweet Amp Saucy Shops Tutorial The Plane I
This is a 10" round cake in baby blue satin ice fondant. Clouds were created with the help of Sweet & Saucy Shop's tutorial. The plane is my own creation - made out of fondant and supported by lolipop sticks to make it fly. The banner is gumpaste with floral wire and inserted into the back of the plane. The graphics are edible frosting images. The client wanted a simple clean cake and I think I achieved that. I'm so happy with it and so relieved the plane didn't break.

Club Penguin Birthday Cake
This is an Icing Smiles donation cake I made for a special birthday girl. All the penguins, igloo, and tower and hand sculpted out of fondant, modelling chocolate, and rice krispie treats. The cake is covered in fondant and glitter flakes to mimic snow. I had fun making this cake.
