I made this cake for my Oldest Son, Azure who turned 21 today. The Character "RED" is hand sculpted in Fondant, the skin is airbrushed and the eyes, eyebrows, lip line is all fondant as well. The banner says "Happy Birthday" in Japanese. The cake is Strawberry cake with layers of Fresh strawberries and Strawberry Mousse with French Vanilla Buttercream.
