First Piped Cake.

I made this cake tonight for my friend's son's birthday. I do not usually like the look of all piped cakes, but that it what she wanted, so that's what I did. I think it turned out okay given I have never done this much piping and never used a shaped pan before...

First Ever Fondant Cake

This is the first fondant cake I have ever done. And the first time I have made and used gumpaste roses on a cake... I was quite rushed for time when I was working on it, but I think it turned out well.
