This is a cake for my niece's graduation. She LOVES peacocks!
The Bride wanted a green cake (matching the Groom's vest) and blue ribbon (matching bridesmaids) and the Tiger Lillies (Gum Paste) matching her Bouquet.
Cake for a Baby Shower with Frogs/Pond as a Theme. This was a lot of fun making!
3 Gum-Paste Stargazer Lilies, handmade, hand painted. I used wire to support the petals and leafs but other than that all Gum-Paste.
This was the first time I ever carved a cake and used fondant. Now that I know what to do, the next one should be easier...
