A white fondant cake with gold gumpaste appliques and flowers. Blue satin ribbon to match party theme. Appliques were done with the new Wilton Baroque silicone mold. First time using that. It works awesome!!! Was a really fun cake to do!
Here's a pic of the farm themed bday cake I just did for my boy/girl twins' 2nd bday! I made a boy and girl cow for the topper out of fondant to represent them. The rest of the cake is also decorated with fondant, including all decorations. It was a fun cake to do and I got much inspiration by looking on this site. I made all of the animals out of fondant a few weeks in advance so they'd be nice and sturdy. Hope this helps anyone needing to do a farm themed cake!
A fondant wedding cake with fondant handmade/painted candy canes and gumpaste bows. Pearl Lustre dust on the cake and fondant pearls. Wired beads for accent. Was a fun unique wedding cake to do. :)
