This was my first time using R.I. so the cake is all cover in Royal Icing... :-) it was also my first time using the diamond set of pans, the suns in the middle are fondant and the top cake had to be orange since is my daughter's favorite color... TFL!
I made this for my b-day, got all the ideas from here and decide it to try it out at home. Made the strawberry cake from a wilton doll cake pan on top of reg yellow cake. Use coconut / pecans filling and icing as well and made the doll's bodice out of fondant.... It was quite an experience! But it sure made me proud.
