Dukes Of Hazard "white Trash" Memorial Day
This cake was requested for a Memorial Day celebration. Cake was carved and assembled on top of a toy car's base. Headlights were LED, battery operated wedding lights. The little, tiny, crushed beer cans complete the scene. The TV dinner cupcake idea was discovered from a popular cupcake book.

21St Birthday Hairstylist Cake!
This cake was made for a hairstylist's 21st birthday. The scissors were crafted from gum paste. Each color hair was made from fondant; blonde, brunette, and red. The tub of gel on the board says "21", pretending it's a name of the gel, but really was the age of the birthday girl! The tub was made out of rice krispy treats and fondant with piping gel. The tube of hair color was crafted from fondant and again, piping gel was oozing out in place of the color. The flowers were fondant, as well as the hair clips and hair pins. The comb was made out of gum paste.

Topsy Turvy Alice In Wonderland
Inspired by a Colette Peter's cake design. This was for an Alice in Wonderland Themed birthday party. This was also my second cake I had ever done! The angles were created with styrofoam wedges. Fondant pearls, bows, and flowers. Hand painted with bright colors by request of the birthday girl.

Alice In Wonderland Teacup-Cakes
These were requested for an Alice in Wonderland themed bridal shower. The tea cup sat on a lemon-lavender sugar cookie. The handle was made out of gum paste while the mushrooms, lady bugs, worms, berries, and leaves were hand crafted out of fondant and hand painted. The butterflies are edible wafer paper. Helpful Hint: The mini wonder pan was used for these cakes. Fast, easy, NO carving required! Just a small slice from the bottom to keep it level!
