30Th Birthday Cake

Diet Coke Cake

Red Velvet Cake with cream cheese frosting. The idea was inspired by so many can cakes on cc. I had a lot of trouble with this cake, and debated on even posting the pics, but decided to anyways.

Cowboy Tribute

This is the largest cake I have done! I made it for my family reunion. It was dedicated to my great grandfather. Everything is edible on the cake. The hat and boots are RKT. I airbrushed the cake to look like old leather. It is all MMF. This was one of my first cakes and I think it turned out okay. When I presented it to my entire family there was not a dry eye in the place.

First Time Flower Cake

I used the Wilton embossing mat, and then hand painted all of the flowers and vines. I topped it with an assortment of hand made roses. The roses were brushed with luster dust.

Ninja Bike Cake

I got this idea from so many great photos on here. It is a coconut cake with bannana cream filling and coconut cream frosting covered in fondant.
