Creme Br?l?e cake with white chocolate ganache. Ballerina's tutu is carved cake and head, legs and torso of ballerina are gum paste. The other decorations are fondant. The mother told me that she loved to sing, her favorite colors were green and pink and that she was a ballerina....this is what I came up with :)

The cake is a 10' tropical Dreams cake, and the lighthouse is rice cereal ....everything else fondant...the girls were fondant and then painted. so was the ocean and lighthouse.
