I did this cake for a friend who was throwing a bridal shower. You might be thinking how does guacamole and a bridal shower go together?? Haha well it goes back to how they met and it's sort of their running joke on how they came together. Anyways, this was my first time using a crusting buttercream and I really enjoyed it. Definitely will be doing this for future cakes! Tastes delicious and gives a nice clean look! The flower and chips are gumpaste and the avocado is made from fondant.
Did this cake for my boss' son's college graduation party. Only my third cake and my first attempt with buttercream....Struggled a little bit but it was a good learning experience lol.
