Ordered by their kids, designed to represent couples love for gardening, flowers and butterflies, also green is their favourite colour, so green and other pastel shades were requested with gold accents representing 50th anniversary colours.

Vanilla cake with lemon buttercream and a layer of red current jam. Covered with painted fondant.

This is my second attempt @ fondant. Chocolate cake with orange cream cheese buttercream. Thomas theme for my little train loving son. Top layer covered with MM fondant, I couldn't get rid of the buldge unfortunately. Bottom covered with Virgin Ice fondant. I must say that I liked working with MM fondant much better than Virgin Ice, which teared a lot easier than MM.
This is my first ever fondant cake. Made for my father in law, who is an avid fisherman.
