This is my first real fondant cake. Thought I'd try it after seeing what they do on Ace of Cakes and Cake Boss. Literally used Internet blogs and Youtube videos to gain knowledge in the cake making world. It is a vanilla cake with almond butter cream. (Fondant and cake made from scratch, and all fondant details made by hand). [March 2011]
