Strawberry cake with buttercream filling, all details are hand made with marshmellow fondant, and small chocolate cupcakes on the side
3 Tier cake vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. Covered in buttercream, used colored spray to graduate the sea depth. Pineapple house is RCT covered in marshmelow fondant and all the details too.
White & Chocolate cake, Elmo made from RCT and decorated with a star tip and fondant eyes and nose. Fondant/ Gum paste Lollipop added for fun.
3 Tier cake consists of the top being covered with cookie sticks, and hand made fondant ducks, Middle are RCT blocks covered with fondant and buttercreme piping and letters, the bottom coverd with buttercream and hand made details from fondant. The bubbles where rolled in sparkle dust. And, lastly wrapped with "It;s a Boy" ribbon.
I made the stencil for this guitar out of cardboard. laid down cake and cut it out, Iced it with red buttercream and detailed with marshmellow fondant. Made a Amplifyer out of his favorite Lemon cake with lemon buttercream filling. Iced it and again, detailed out of fondant.

Chocolate cake with chocolate creme puff filling with RCT figurines and fondant. This was really fun because the sky was the limit on detail.
Main cake was chocolate with chocolate cream puff recipe,then additional Birthday Boy cake was all white cake with buttercream decorated with a huge rice crispy green guy, a boom box, and all the characters made out of RCT. Little guys was delighted.
