First time I have ever covered a cake in Fondant. The MMF was not that hard to make but for me the biggest challenge is getting from the counter to the cake! I will definitely use this recipe again as it taste better than Wilton and a lot cheaper!

I did these cakes for my kids birthday party, all four of my children are born in February so we had one big party. Each cake was a different flavor and the kids got to pick the colors. I painted a board like a road then covered it in saran wrap to keep it food safe and used colored coconut for grass
