I used 'beachcakes' cake as a model for this birthday cake for my dad. The flavor is s'mores. I made my own fondant using a recipe from this site. The tent & trees are made out of rice crispies. The rocks & tree stump are a version of cake-balls. This is my 3rd fondant cake & I am really pleased!

Pac Man Cake

I made this for my son's to give to their father for his 40th birthday. It was a challenge because I was still figuring out how to bake & very new with fondant. It was Lemon Poppyseed with fresh strawberry filling.
