Bakery I wanted to own someday. I entered it into a State Fair competition. I did not win and the judge criticized it saying I should have made my own miniatures instead of buying them. Well, I did make them. So I guess that's a compliment... :)
This is one of my most favorite cakes.
It was a pleasure to make this for a wonderful couple. The side says "Two Become One." The inside was chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache, raspberry puree, and buttercream frosting. I used Duff fondant and made my first batch of modeling chocolate, with which, I had a blast messing with :)
Did this for our State Fair.
