Birthday cake for a 7 year old girl. Based on her favorite stuffed animal and a dance recital costume. Kitty Cat is made with rice cereal, covered with white chocolate & fondant. The tiara is piped royal icing and silver dragees. The clothes are SugarVeil. The Shoes and belt are fondant. The stage is also fondant. The flowers are gum paste. The cake is chocolate, with chocolate pudding filling and chocolate buttercream, covered in fondant.
